Vu Hoai Anh concentrates her practice on filing and prosecution of trademark and copyright law in Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. Her experience covers a wide range of the contentious and non-contentious trademark issues including availability and registrability searches, clearance, due diligence, licensing, counseling and opinions. She is also experienced in due renewal and filing, portfolio management, and all alteration procedures for applications and registrations. Ms. Anh has demonstrable legal knowledge and experience in drafting, filing and prosecuting a response, drafting arguments and appeal in litigation, appeals, oppositions and cancellations proceedings. Additionally, Ms. Anh monitors reports to warn of any potential trademark infringements.

Prior to joining ACTIP IP Limited, Ms. Anh served for seven years as Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants’ first trademark attorney specializing in Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. During that time she successfully litigated thousands of complex trademark cases. Her experience and knowledge in the field of trademark law in Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar is acknowledged.

Ms. Anh received a Bachelor of Law in 2011 from Hanoi Law University and a Bachelor of Arts in English in 2005 from Hanoi Open University.
