Nguyen Thi Trang practices all aspects of trademark law including trademark clearance, due diligence, opinions, licensing, counseling, litigation and registration. She has extensive transactional experience including negotiating and preparing licenses, coexistence and settlement agreements. In addition to these areas, Ms. Trang manages portfolio filing and due renewal management.

Nguyen Thi Trang is a Trademark Attorney in the International Trademark Department of ACTIP IP Limited.

Prior to joining ACTIP IP Limited, Ms. Trang was a trademark attorney at Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants from 2010-2012, and for Tran & Associates from 2008-2010. In her capacity as a trademark attorney at these firms, she successfully litigated numerous complicated cases before the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam.

Ms. Trang obtained the Bachelor of Law in 2011 from Hanoi Law University and her Bachelor of Management Science from University of Social Science & Humanities at Hanoi National University in 2009.
