Nguyen Thanh Trung works on patent opinions and applications in General Mechanical Industries. He has significant experience in the handling of patent issues in the Motor Industry and with Automation Technologies. Mr. Trung’s patent experience extends to precision machines, industrial machines, and automobile & motorcycle internal combustion engines.

In these industries, his skill set includes patent drafting, patent drawings, patent searches, analysis and patent opinions. Mr. Trung is also skilled in patent litigation and negotiating patent infringement settlements. Mr. Trung is the Senior Patent Engineer on ACTIP Patent Limited’s Mechanical Team.

In the two years immediately prior to joining ACTIP Patent Limited, Mr. Trung worked at Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants as a Patent Engineer. His Engineering resume includes work for Sin-Hanel Precision Molds Company in Singapore as a Product Designer, time on the Quality Control staff for Taiwan’s Chiuyi Vietnam, and a five year stint with Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam as a Supervising Engineer.

Mr. Trung’s wealth of experience abroad dealing with International World-Class Engineering organizations and his extensive network of contacts at various Government Agencies play a major role in ACTIP Patent Limited’s patent litigation practice. His experience in the automobile and motorcycle industry extends to the areas of Corporate Affairs and Public Relations at both Transnational and Multi-National corporations.

Mr. Trung earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2004. His studies in business and commerce were rewarded with a degree in Business Administration from Foreign Trade University in 2010.
