Nguyen Le Na contributes to ACTIP Patent Limited’s practice with her experience in patent drafting, drawings, patent searches, counseling, analysis and patent opinions in the fields of Polymers, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Organic Synthesis. She has a wealth of experience in filing and processing patent and design applications in Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.

Ms. Na is also experienced in preparing and drafting responses to office actions related to various statutory and procedural issues. She is an acknowledged expert in the practice of patent reexamination, patent invalidation, patent litigation and the negotiation of patent infringement settlements. In addition, Ms. Na is responsible for Intellectual Portfolio Filing and Due Annuity Management for clients.

From 2010 to 2012 prior to joining ACTIP Patent Limited, Ms. Na worked for Ageless IP Attorneys & Consultants. While working there, her knowledge and experience in patent law was instrumental in applying for hundreds of patent in various industries.

Ms. Na earned her Bachelor of Biotech Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology in 2008, and has completed the Advanced Course on Biotechnology and Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization in 2009.

She also served as an assistant lecturer at Hanoi University of Technology and Science, and a Researcher at The Institute of Natural Products Chemistry of Vietnam’s Academy of Science and Technology in 2009.
